Hämeenkyrö Local Heritage Museum

Hämeenkyrö Local heritage museum offers a comprehensive look into the local history and culture of Hämeenkyrö. It features various exhibits that showcase the traditional way of life in the region.

During the summer, children's cultural events will be held at the Local Heritage Museum on Wednesday afternoons, and handicraft workshops will take place on Thursdays from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Admission to the programs and the museum is free of charge, but there will be a cash fee for the materials used in beadwork projects.

Opposite Hämeenkyrö Church is the Hämeenkyrö Local Heritage Museum, located at Härkikuja 14. The museum is open from June 5 to June 23, 2024, on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and from June 24 to August 4, 2024, from Wednesday to Sunday from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Admission to the museum is free of charge.
