Hiidenmaa’s forest trails are adorned with majestic mountain scenery, peaceful and clear-watered forest ponds, and rushing rivers.

The routes are approximately 50 kilometers long in total, and you can choose from a variety of routes to hike on – the duration ranges from an hour to a week. Hiidenmaa hiking trails run around the Juva and Mikkeli areas. On Juva’s side, the trails connect to a longer hiking route network known as Metsänväentaipale (The Forest folk trails).
