You can admire the Hourunkoski rapids and the river current at Koskipuisto, south of Pyhäjoki river’s northern tributary. Coming from the south side (Niskantie), park’s routes are accessible for persons with reduced mobility as well.

You can access the opposite shore via the Koskikuja street. There is a Lapp-style hut and fireplace on the shore.
