Learn to make savolainen mustikkakukko! The hostess, Paula, will guide you through the knicks and knacks of baking these traditional delicacies in her own country home.

In the workshop, we’ll bake traditional blueberry rye pies together, share stories and eat blueberry rye pies together at the end. The workshop takes place in my home, in the beautiful surroundings of a 1700s log cabin. We’ll start by making the basic dough together, forming the base, edges and lid from the dough. We put blueberries in the dough and bake the mustikkakukko.

After we are done with baking, we’ll drink tea/coffee and eat the blueberry pies with vanilla sauce or ice cream together. You’ll get the recipe and a new skill to take home with you!
