Gentle Outdoor Yoga in the snow or on ice of Lake Saimaa. The lesson is suitable for beginners and does not require any prior experience in yoga.
In this yoga class we’ll practice gentle and traditional yoga movements, but when we have lot’s of soft snow around, it’s great way to practice e.g. head stands or other more challenging poses. In this relaxing outdoor lesson you can focus also in the fresh outdoor air and calming lake sceneries.
Warm flexible clothes and woolen socks are suitable outfits to train in.
