Archipelago Buffet

Our famous buffet is full of delicacies from the Archipelago – about 30 different dishes of cold fish, vegetables, and meat. We serve a wide range of Baltic herrings from local fisherman Tage Gustafsson, our own slightly salted salmon with lemon and sherry flavours, house-made warm smoked salmon, different salads, patés, lamb and local prosciutto ham, just to name a few items on the buffet. Served with cooked potatoes with dill and various breads, including our own dark archipelago bread.
