WHAT IS THE SUSTAINABLE TRAVEL FINLAND LABEL?

To help the tourism industry in Finland to adopt sustainable practices, Visit Finland has developed the Sustainable Travel Finland programme. The programme is designed for Finnish tourism companies and destinations to develop more sustainable practices.

The participants that have undergone the STF programme and fulfilled the criteria, get the Sustainable Travel Finland label. So, when you spot a destination or a company that has the Sustainable Travel Finland label, you know they take sustainability seriously. And don’t worry – the companies and destinations will also be audited regularly.

Moominworld is a themepark situated in South-West Finland in Naantali. It is only 2 hours from Helsinki and 15km from Turku. At Moominworld themepark you can step into the fairytale and meet the beloved Moomin characters created by author Tove Jansson. Theatre is a big part of the experience.
