WHAT IS THE SUSTAINABLE TRAVEL FINLAND LABEL?
To help the tourism industry in Finland to adopt sustainable practices, Visit Finland has developed the Sustainable Travel Finland programme. The programme is designed for Finnish tourism companies and destinations to develop more sustainable practices.
The participants that have undergone the STF programme and fulfilled the criteria, get the Sustainable Travel Finland label. So, when you spot a destination or a company that has the Sustainable Travel Finland label, you know they take sustainability seriously. And don’t worry – the companies and destinations will also be audited regularly.

Tuukkalan tila B&B is small family business in our farm lakeside area near Mikkeli in Finland. At our B&B we have 3 rooms round the year and 2 summer rooms during the summer time. We serve locally and our own produced and organic food at breakfast. We have some animals in summer time.
