Cafe & boutique Kuopan Tila public sauna sessions in our charming yard sauna every Tuesday and Thursday. The sauna is heated with firewood, providing gentle and soft steam. Ice swimming is also included in the sauna session.

Sauna sessions (mixed sauna) on Tuesday:

1️⃣ 3:30–5:00 PM

2️⃣ 5:00–6:30 PM

Sauna sessions (mixed sauna) on Thursday:

1️⃣ 4:00–5:30 PM

2️⃣ 5:30–7:00 PM

Maximum 6 people per session.

Please bring your own towel and swimsuit. From the sauna you can also take a dip in the natural spring — if you wish, bring ice-swimming shoes or wool socks. ❄️💦

🎯 Ice swimming is available during boutique opening hours for €5. Opening hours: Mon–Sat 11:00–17:00
