This package is great adventure for friends or couples, planned to four people. Stay in Wanha Pappila apartment with seaview in Simo. Drive snowmobiles in the Arctic Night hunting for the Northern Lights on Friday and explore the snow covered archipelago on a tour over the frozen Gulf of Bothnia with Hovercraft on Saturday.

These self-catering cottages feature waterfront views, two bedrooms, a TV lounge with an open fireplace, kitchen, a private sauna and bathroom and free WiFi. Kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, fridge, dish washer, coffee maker, electic kettle and a toaster. Underfloor heating is provided in the whole cottage. Bathrobes and bedding are included in the prices. Breakfast is delivered to the cottages.

Drive snowmobile in the Arctic Night at 20:00 - 22:00

If the weather is favourable, we could blink into the skies and see the stars and maybe even see the Northern Lights The Aurora Borealis. The guide will let you know more about this natural phenomenon.

You will experience the arctic night by driving through the snow-covered forest and on the frozen sea. With a little luck, there will be a bright sky - the moon and the stars, maybe even the Aurora Borealis - the Northern Lights - showing the way. Sip warm beverages by the campfire and learn more about the northern lights and Lapland. Please note that as the Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon the sighting cannot be guaranteed. We drive about 30 km.

Meeting Point: Sea Lapland Safaris guide pick you up outside Wanha Pappila Cottage at 19.15. Return transfer at about 22:30.

Saturday

Hovercraft in the Bothnian Bay archipelago at 13:00-13:30

Explore the snow covered archipelago on a tour over the frozen Gulf of Bothnia with Hovercraft! Get into the thrill of the action as we speed over the never ending fields of ice! There is also an opportunity for an adventurous moment where we drive through the meltwater of the Kemijoki-river estuary. Our hovercraft is unmatched by even the harshest conditions and will take you safely to places that might otherwise be impossible to reach.
