Peat mask in the World´s largest smoke sauna, a private experience with your own group

Natural peat treatment in the world’s largest smoke sauna is a health promotive experience. The peat is pure natural ingredient with various nutrients and minerals. The peat used as a mask on your skin helps to clean and soften the skin as well as to clean metabolic waste from the body. Along folklore tradition there are multiple health benefits of using the warm peat on the skin in the warm sauna.

The peat mask covering whole body is not recommended for those suffering from acute heart, vascular or cancer problems and not suitable during pregnancy or nursing. Local use of peat covering only face/hands/feet is safe for everyone.

A guide will explain every step to the guests during the whole process and stay with your group until the peat treatment is done. Everyone will spread the peat by themselves. After the peat treatment the guide will leave your group to continue going to swimming and sauna again, if you like. Remember hydration: drink 1-2 litres of water before the peat sauna treatment.

There are separate changing rooms and showers, the sauna room is common with swimsuits on.

Duration: 2 hours (peat treatment takes 40 minutes)

Notice: It is essential to drink plenty of water during the day before the peat sauna. Take your swimsuit with you.
