Guided touring skating / kick sledding

On the guided tour, we first recall the skating technique and do a little warm-up run on the track. Some of the group can use kick sleds if they wish. The kick sledge does not need previous experience. With the equipment we can reach a top speed of 30 km/h on ice.

We can also combine the trip with the Alpine Curling Tournament.

The 8 km long skating track is located in Kuopio harbour and it is made on natural ice over the lake. Starting point has a cafe and skating rental service.

Sausages and warm drinks by the fireplace next to the track are included in the price.
