Notice: bring your towel and shoes with you. It is essential to drink a lot of water before the peat treatment (recommendable to drink 1-2 litres of water during the day).

Natural peat treatment in the world’s largest smoke sauna is a fun and health promotive experience. Peat is 100% natural ingredient, which contains various nutrients and minerals. Peat used as a mask on your skin helps to clean and soften the skin as well as to clean metabolic waste from the body. Remember hydration: drink 1-2 litres of water before peat sauna treatment.

You can swim in the lake if you like - at winter try the invigorating cold plunge.

This treatment ( peat covering the whole body) is not recommended for those suffering from acute heart, vascular or cancer problems and not suitable during pregnancy or nursing. Peat used locally (only on face/ hands) is safe for everyone.
