The Best Views of Pallas National Park, Snowshoeing

Come and experience the ‘true’ Lappish views and silence with an expert guide. Harri will teach you about the Lappish nature, its flora and fauna and tell you about his experiences snowshoe-walking in Lapland.

One of Finland's most photographed landscapes can be admired when you climb about 3,5km up to the fell with a magnificent landscape view towards Pallastunturi fell National Park and Jerisjärvi lake.

The route has a couple of sharper climbs and at about 1.6 km in the Särkivaara lean-to-shelter we will stop for a break and on the way back to enjoy our snacks. There is a nice little frozen pond near the shed which offer potentials for great pictures.

This tour is suitable for everyone with a basic level of fitness and for school aged children with prior experience in snowshoeing. Due to its duration, this tour is suitable for children of 10 years old and older. Minimum participants 2 adults
