Minivan Trip to Turkansaari Open Air Museum

Welcome to a minivan trip to Turkansaari Open Air Museum! Duration 3 hours. Driving from city center takes approx. 20 min. Group size 1 -6 persons. We pick you up from Oulu city center and drive to the Turkansaari. The museum is located on two islands in Oulujoki. The main themes of the museum are traditional agriculture and forestry, fishing and Oulu’s history of tar. From the guide you hear stories and information of Turkansaari, Oulu and Oulu region. Turkansaari Open Air Museum is open from 5.6. to 27.8.2023 Mon.– Sun. at 10 am to 5 pm and there is a café, which is open Wen. - Sun. at 11 am to 5 pm. If you like you can buy our lunch package and enjoy a piknik on an open fire in the museum area. Museum tickets are not included in the price of the trip.
