Tampere Film Festival is the largest short film festival in the Nordic countries. The festival takes place every year in Tampere, Finland, in early March. The festival screens roughly 400 films in more than a hundred screenings.

Every year, in addition to the film screenings, the first-rate, internationally acclaimed film competitions take place, for example the International Competition for short films. The festival also features numerous events for both film industry professionals and the public, such as seminars, workshops, panel discussions and parties.
