The Museum of Local History and Culture of Muhos operates in an old grain warehouse in Tikkalanmäki, near the centre of Muhos. The museum is maintained by the Muhoksen Kotiseutuyhdistys ry association, founded in 1953. The museum presents different items and recorded folklore from the area extensively.
