Hiidenkierros hiking trail is about 10 km long and it is situated just outside the Neitvuori nature reserve. The trail connects to other hiking trails in the area, such as Enkelinkierros and Metsäväentaival on the Juva side. Notable sight along the trail include the Kotkanpesävuori and Siikavesi lookouts.

While admiring wonderful scenery along the path, hikers can enjoy a break at the Hiidenkota shelter that also has a campfire site. Hiidenmaan Retket registered association that maintains the shelter asks that visitors pay 5€/person to spend a night at the shelter and 1€ for other use of the shelter and campfire site. More information and maps are available on the association website. Hiidenkota shelter is located approximately 5,5 km from the trail start at the parking area of Neitvuori. The parking area is not accessible by public transport.

Hiidenkierros route is marked with blue trail markers. This hiking trail is considered to be of medium difficulty and may be slippery during rainy weather.
