Start your day with yoga over the waters. The goal of this lesson is to challenge balance and body control in a whole new way. In addition, yoga refreshes and increases mobility. The class begins with a warm-up paddling, after which we start yoga with sun salutations. After that, we move on to body-challenging and balance-challenging movements and end the lesson relaxing. All yoga moves are adapted to be done on SUP boards. Tavinsula employees who instruct the lesson are students of physical education and yoga enthusiasts. The class is suitable for anyone interested in yoga and willing to experiment. You don’t need previous experience in paddling or yoga, we’ll start the lesson with a brief introduction to paddling. Take a drink bottle with you and wear casual clothes or a swimsuit. We do yoga with our bare feet or socks. Also take change clothes with you so you can challenge your balance with no worries on the SUP board.
